Processor and RAM compatibility...

I am planning on getting a i7-5820K. The Specs say it supports DDR4 1333/1600/2133. Does that mean that the RAM I buy must have the same frequency? Or can I put a higher frequency RAM? Will it be compatible? Or will it be compatible but restricted to 2133 MHz? If so, any cons in it? What are the pros of it? Will I face any problems if I do so?

The CPU will support higher data rates easily, depending on what you decide on say 2666, it may require an OC of the CPU (it's Memory controller) to run at the full higher data rate

I am not planning on OCing it... will it still support? Suppose I put a 2666 RAM into my Processor which supports 2133 max., will it run at 2133 at least or will it not run at all?
