I will be using an i5 4460 processor on this motherboard. Will it work or will I have to choose a different MOBO?

Absolutely. You can be reasonably sure that that board from Newegg will have the updated BIOS. It's not automatic, but you can be fairly certain.

It will work but your motherboard may require a BIOS upgrade prior to using that Haswell Refresh CPU.

We have no idea. That said, if you are getting your board from a reputable retailer that turns over their stock fairly regularly, you should be OK.
