How far could I overclock EVGA GTX 970 SSC ACX 2.0+ and do I void my warranty doing that?

Just use standard procedures when GPU overclocking. Every GPU is different even if the model is same.

Also EVGA has excellent customer service. I would double check on your warranty or something in the case the GPU came with, however i wouldn't worry about it. Also GPU overclocking is simple and easy.

Isn't that what you should be asking yourself?

Every GPU is different and no two cards or anything else for that matter will overclock the same. You're going to have to find out for yourself.

Okay. One question though: I havent touched the core speeds or anything but when I ran Firestrike, it showed that my max freq. under benchmark was 1455mhz??? Shouldnt it be the default boost clock which is 1342?
Also, my scores were 10102. Is that good?
