The best way to deal with anxiety related to a new task, challenge or activity is to immerse yourself in it in a positive environment.
My wife used to be really awkward around the PC but then started using social media programs like Facebook and gradually became more comfotable with the mouse, keyboard etc. She then enrolled in a Word and Excel course .. .
then sadly for me she took over my PC and booted me out. I then had to get another computer.
