Hi, I have a problem with my motherboard, I want to enter to the bios menu to overclock my processor but i can't with my new ram memories (hx318c10fk2/8 http://www.kingston.com/datasheets/HX318C10FK2_8.pdf).

When i try to access to the bios setup it load a black screen with a underscore (_), the ony way to enter to the bios setup is with my old ram (http://www.kingston.com/datasheets/KHX1333C7D3K2_4GX.pdf)

I tryed removing the bios memory and disconnecting all excep the keyobard but that didn't work.

Motherboard: GA-MA78LMT-S2
Processor: AMD Phenom ii x4 955
RAM: old ram memory (KHX1333C7D3K2_4GX kingston ddr3 1366 2x2gb)
New ram memory (hx318c10fk2/8 Kingston ddr3 1866 2x4gb)
PSU: Cooler master v750
Windows 8.1

The new ram works fine and I can load windows and use my computer normally but i can't access to the bios setup.

Don't think the BIOS likes the Fury sticks, they are made with high density memory chips and run of PnP whic I don't believe you mobo supports, you could try and see if there is a BIOS update. WOuld be better off with low density based 1333 or 1066 sticks. Plus most 955s have trouble with DRAM 1600 and and up, the 965 was the first that could reliably run sticks at 1600
