D3D Device was removed due to DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_RESET

I encounter error 'D3D Device was removed due to DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_RESET. The only info I found regarding this is related to overclocking but I am not sure if that is accurate. I have an MSI R9 390 gc overclocked at only 3% and my processor from 4.1ghz to 4.3ghz... (amd fx-8350)

Any info on this or what could be the issue?

This basically means your GPU driver has crashed, I get this on GTA 5 if I use an unstable overclock while testing it, try taking off your GPU overclock and see if this still occurs, if it does try reinstalling your graphics drivers.

I tried running the OCCT stability test and if I set the shaders above 5 it would crash and the screen would go black... So I have removed the overclock on the GPU and I am going to test again.

I ran the OCCT stability test after I turned off the GPU overclock and it still crashed my system. So I am going to turn off the CPU overclock and test it now...
