Hi my system is:
Cpu - amd a 4 5300
Mobo - gb f2a55m fm2
Gpu - hd 5570
Ram 6gb

I usualy tend to simply replace parts that burn down with whats ok at that moment but as im currently geting bad fps in path of exile i was thinking of new gpu.
I curently play on 720p 60hz monitor but next investment will be 1440p monitor and after that new cpu and mobo ( but cpu and mobo will not happen for at least 1 more year)

I want gpu that will be good now (max a4 will suport without very, very big bottleneck but want something that will still not be very bad in lets say 2 years and with proper cpu will alow 40-60 fps on curent aaa titles on mid graphics or at least low graphic but playable fps

Wait and upgrade everything. I don't meant to be harsh, but there is no possible way you will be able to game at 1440p with anywhere near your current setup. You need a nice Intel/Amd processor with ATLEAST a 770+ preferable 970/980 to game decently at 1440p. That doesn't guarantee 60fps either. Just wait till you have enough money and upgrade everything. You can always wait on the 1440p and go to 1080P though that would be the better choice.
