1600 mhz ram on intel dh61ww and core i3 2100 3.1 ghz

will i able to run corsair vengeance 8 gb 1600 mhz memory or kingston hyperx fury 1600 mhz memory on my motherboard intel dh61ww with processor intel core i3 2100 3.1ghz ?

Mobo and CPU are both rated to 1333, the mobo may be iffy. The Kingston Fury operates off of PnP and sets itself up to run at whatever the best data rate it can run at. The BIOS on many of the entry level 1155 socket mobos haven't gotten a lot of attention so support may be lacking for the Fury. I think I'd go to a straight 1333 set, the Ripjaws X and Snipers are good choices

will it run perfectly as (kingston hyperx 1600 mhz) on my motherboard? i have heard that 1600 mhz downgrades to 1333 mhz , is it true?
