I'm not really that knowledgeable about computer parts. I upgraded the ram to 8gb and that's all. All I know is that before buying a graphics card I need to look into its specs and compare them to mine. I'm not sure what PCI slot it has (2.0,2.1,3.0) but I've done my research and I've found one person who put this graphics card into it. It is probably outdated by the new graphics card that came out after this one. With 300w I know that will limit my selections but I'm not looking to upgrade not yet. I'm looking for a graphics card which runs games older and less demanding games like Minecraft.

Unless it is shorter than most ATX PSUs, you should be able to find many replacments. Also, anti-duck did bring up the point of getting a GTX 750 or 750 Ti. Your PSU is below the recommended PSU amount, but you should be fine if you decide to get one.
