what is better fx 6350& 4gm ram or just a fx 8350

what is better i have to get a new cpu after my fx 8320e died after only 5 months so i have a choice of two cps both builds would be $165

a fx 6350 with 4gb of ddr3 added to my system for a total of 14gb of ram

or a Fx 8350 and no extra ram

witch is better ?

both will out perform my old 8320e

If your fx 8320e died and you wernt overclocking then it should still be covered by the warranty.
About the cpu i would get higher spec cpu then upgrade if you find that you need more ram at a later date.But it depends what you want to use the cpu for and if you have a gpu of not as if you have a good gpu you wont need as much ram
