How to get rid of CPU Fan Error in BIOS?

Alright TH community, here is my issue. I recently built a new pc. I decided to get an aftermarket cooler, because my old one had horrible cpu overheating issues. I decided to go with the extremely popular CoolerMaster Hyper 212 Evo. I am currently using an i3 4160 processor, but that is not really important. My motherboard is the Asus H97M Plus, which is a tier one motherboard in its category.

Upon booting, I get a splashscreen, and then an error/warning screen with "CPU Fan Error, press f1 for setup." http:// (The middle picture is the one of the error message). I understand this problem has been had before, but bear with me. So anyways, I do some searching around on the TH forums, and I learn that this issue is most likely due to the fact that the fan's rpm are slower than stock variations due to efficiency. The motherboard monitors this like it does everything, and therefore thinks that the fan is broken, thus prompting an error message. The solutions given were simply "make the motherboard ignore the low rpms in the bios." However, I cannot seem to find the option in my bios. http:// The other two pictures are of my qfan controller, and a command that could make it so the computer will not wait for f1 to continue the booting process. I do not want to do the latter choice unless I have to. So TH community, how do I fix this bearing my specific BIOS in mind? I am running an ASUS H97m Plus just to clarify.
