Fluctuating internet comcast

Around 7 or 8 pm my internet just starts getting slow until around 11 pm or 12 am. In the day its completely fine, i have internet plus so it should be like 200 megabits/sec. But at night it goes to like 2 megabits/sec lol

We only got like 3 people who use the internet regularly and besides me, my grandma and niece just use it for netflix and facebook.

You are probably on a "node" shared by several other neighbors in the area. Apparently it gets busy at that time. If it always happens at those times, it almost has to be that. If it was a device issue, it wouldn't be time-specific. You could call the CC hotline and see if they can offer any inexpensive fixes.
