Your best option is to ask your ISP for a recommendation. The problem with modems like this is you need a special driver that supports the manufacure, the model....AND the ISP. Some devices work on one ISP and not on the other.
From my quick look I can not find that device on any of the lists. The largest list of supported devices tends to be on the third party firmware dd-wrt and that device is not there. I also check asus and tplink which are other that have large lists of supported modem and yours is not on the list. The last resort tends to be a company called cradlepoint. They tend to support more options that others but are extremely expensive. My first pass though their site I did not find it but they do not have simple lists you can look though.
I suspect that devices does not work on routers but your ISP will know for sure.
