boot up don't start right away just after unplug and boot again?

when i first plug and boot my computer from an hour of almost 12hrs it don't turn on right away just when i unplug it and boot it again, and whats more is that is gives choices whether to optimize power and boot or optimize power and reboot and last is to enter bios, why is these?
Its gigabyte ga-f2a55m-ds2 motherboard...
please help me....

1) Check your cpu is in the cpu support list or not. http://www.gigabyte.com/support-downloads/cpu-support-popup.aspx?pid=4782 if it does, go to the 2nd step.

ow thank for the help.. but i just figured it out you know whats amazing i just removed my cmos battery for a sec. and put it back then.. wala my problems solved...
