Unbalanced build.

Probably .
Hard to be sure since you dont mention what you are using it for

But ether way the psu is low quality and using it is not a good idea

There is nothing wrong with your build. You do however need a better power supply from tier - 1 or tier - 2 of the tomshardware.com power supply list:

As for 16GB, you don't need 16GB for gaming but its useful in some other limited circumstances and with prices low on RAM I say go ahead and get it if that is what you want.

was i the only 1 who noticed that you got 2400MHz ram for a mobo that it only capable of supporting 1600MHz ram?

one of the best coolers ever made
freakin sweet GPU
Enough ram of a fantastic brand/model
one of the best SSD's
solid HDD

Could use improvement:
tone down the ram to 1600MHz (save some $$)
I would spring for the i5-4690K (cause you will be able to OC for sure with that fantastic cooler)
You can probably save more on that case (that is a really expensive case... I typically spend ~$60 on a case. Newegg is a good place to look for parts - compare cases)
like JQB45 said, get a tier 1 or 2 PSU

Yes I did not notice the DDR3 2400. Also with the savings by getting DDR3 1600 you can get a 250GB Samsung 850 EVO SSD.

dont get an i5 4690k get an i54690 becuz u have h97 if u want to buy i5 4690k then get a z97 board
