MSI Z97 Gaming 3 Intel LGA1150 Z97 ATX Motherboard £85.53

or

MSI Z97 Gaming 5 Intel LGA1150 Z97 ATX Motherboard £99.98

I'm upgrading my pc and i'm on a budget is it worth the extra money for the gaming 5?

I will be overclocking a i5 4690k at 4.0 GHZ (i have a after market cooler)

side-by-side specifications' comparison
http://gaming.msi.com/products/motherboard/z97-h97-series

from the specs table: the gaming 5 is better featured - more pcie splitting options (x8+x8+x4), slots to go with that, more pwm phases than gaming 3, nvidia SLI as well as amd CFX support (gaming 3 actually supports neither optimal cfx nor sli), more i/o ports and some other stuff.

ths multi gpu and the better power delivery are the two options enough to choose the 5 over the 3.
