I will use Photoshop , illustrator , after effects , unreal engine mainly
and i usual open about 4 programs in one time to transfer edited files between them ,I also use 3D rendering but not too much
But the problem is the 500$ Budget :(

and i want to know if the Fx 8350 deserves ?

Thank you guys in advance :D

Solution
Well first of all AMD FX-8350 is perfect.
With a low budget it won't be that hard finding the components if we talk about AMD. No better example than me, I built an AMD 2000$ rig (including sound system, mouse and keyboard)

Now that you have the CPU you have around 165$ on a 8350. That leaves you with around 335$
For rams you can choose low price with high speed and a decent capacity like Kingston HiperX Fury 1600hz 8Gb that's like 50 bucks that leaves you with 285$ for a mobo and a decent GPU.
For mobo... I'm a huge fan of Gigabyte, go with the
Gigabyte AM3+ AMD 970 for 60$
Now you have 225 for a very decent GPU.
Punch a Gigabyte R9 270X in the face for around 210$ and there you go.
If you want you can change your mother board for...

If you want you can change your mother board for the little you earned. But always buy in that order so you can see what's you last budget for a graphic card which is one of the most important components for the work you will be doing.
I got all these prices from amazon BTW.

You need a good 550 watt PSU to run this build
You can easily overclock 8320 into 8350 level on this build

Thank you but what about GIGABYTE NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750 Ti ?[/quotemsg]

Well it is a good low-to-mid range chip , little higher than R7 260x ; however R7 265 will crush it any day .

always 265 is higher than the 750 ti
