$300-$400 Gaming Pc(Need help)

I am very new to pc building, any help is appreciated! I want to play CsGo and minecraft and at 60Fps+ if possible.Heres what I need,everything but a mouse,keyboard,headphones,and a monitor. I have windows 8 on my laptop is it possible to put it on a flash drive and put it on the computer? Also if I don't want a wired connection do I need to buy a wifi disk or something like that?Also if you guys could link me to a video where I could have a tutorial on how to build the pc that would be great.I live in the U.S. also. Any site is fine preferably Amazon though.

You can not transfer windows on a flash drive, but you can transfer your documents and photos. You can download windows 10 preview free, and it will update for free.

Do not buy a CX PSU. Like ever.

And do not ever buy an APU. The GPU performance is that of an r7 240/r7 250. (Which is bad.) The CPU is the same as the 860k.

At that budget, I would be looking at buying used

600W is too much. You lose efficiency if you go too low. 50% load for optimal efficiency.

The Antec VP-450 would be perfect for that build.
