I have 32 gigabytes of RAM and an 8 core 3.60 ghz processor. All of the cores max out at times while, at the most, only 8 gigs of RAM are used. How can I get more of the RAM to help the processor so it doesn't max out? Could it be bad memory modules?

Unlikely that you have bad memory. RAM usage won't impact CPU loading very much. Unless you are doing large renderings, or video editing you probably won't use much more than 8GB RAM. With 32GB available, you could investigate a RAM disk and move things to the RAM disk.

We need to know what applications you are using that are maxing your CPU.
