Can I Run GTA 5 Without Any Lag?

My PC Specifications-->
CPU - AMD FX-4300 At 3.8 GHz
Ram - 4 GB
GPU - nVidia Geforce GT 630 2GB Synergy Edition
Display - 18.5" Inch LED Display (1366x768)

Can I Run It Without Any Lag ? If Yes, On Which Settings And At What Resolution...
If No, Then Can Increasing Ram Help?

You might be able to at 1366x768 with mid to low settings. It is hard to say.

Increasing the RAM will help your system, but it isn't your biggest issue. Your CPU and GPU are really not strong enough to run this game with the better settings.

I used to have a much worse PC than yours; Pentium D, 2GB DDR2, HD 6450. I was able to run all high-end games at 1280x720 with fairly decent specs. So I think you might be able to put all settings to medium/high without AA or MSAA @ 1280x720 and be able to maintain 40+ fps

His cpu should be just fine for gta v. I worry about the gpu, on lower resolution settings and lower graphics settings it should be fine but you are right near the min requirements for gta v so dont expect the best experience in the world. If it runs like total carp you can try this mod.

If that was years ago then "high-end" games back then and GTA V today could be quite different

I'd say the final result is that you should really try to upgrade your GPU at least. Can you run it with your system as it is? Definitely. Are you going to get high settings or better? Definitely not. But, give it a try and see how things go.
