LG G3 D855 Camera keeps crashing.... Help?

I rooted my LG G3 D855 16Gb. I tried a Camera Mod to upgrade 1080p@30FPS to 1080P@60FPS but when i click the camera it just freeze or reboot itself. Can i total Reset my G3 or remove everything (With Android) and install android again? Or just a App to Restore the Camera. (I already tried Hard reset on the phone self but that doesn't work....

You can download ODIN to your PC, download USB drivers for device, and then you can flash a build to your device.
You will likely then need to re-root that build.

If you still have root, you could unlock bootloader and then download a different rom for phone.

If neither of those methods fix the issue then your camera is physically messed up.
