About CPU temperature?

So my CPU is AMD A10-7700k, it is reviewed as having a bad stock cooler and heat sink so I'm checking out if I would need to buy another cooler.
I downloaded different performance monitor softwares to check my temperatures and they all got different results.

I don't know what if it's the Temp1, Temp3 or the Core. But this might help on identfying it:

From AMD Overdrive:

HWMonitor:

All of those are while on Balanced power mode. If I was using High Performance the Temp would increase by 10C.
I also play games but I don't overclock.

Which one is accurate? Do I need to buy another cooler?
Also is it safe to use it on High Performance? Because I use Photoshop for painting and I think it speeds it up.

Help/Answers would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance too! :)

1st, 2nd and 4th screenshots seems to be the most accurate for your temps and don't know why the 3rd one is showing temps almost at 56C(maybe its showing the peak temps you reached). I personally use HWMonitor.

Your current temps are pretty decent and not too high. Upgrading the cooler always helps and when done properly with the right thermal paste then it can make an overall difference as well.

I am not sure what the High Performance setting does on your systems, if it increases the frequency , voltage or multiplier. I don't have much info on your system at this moment but even with 10 degrees more, I can assure you that its not running too hot but would always help if it was cooler.

Hope this helps :)
