As the title, i couldn't log into my Steam account neither from browsers nor Steam client , since the summer sale had started. Everything in my game is ok, but i cannot trade with others and buy games from the store.
i can access to my client and game inventory. i can also play the games through the client and log into my "steam support account", the servers in payday2 and tf2 pop up normally.

I entered all login info correctly in the sign in page. When i click the "sign in" button, it just like F5 (page refresh) and all login info is blank and the "sign in" fails. i receives no warning, just like a F5.
i have tried some method from this website, it doesnt help at all.
i think it's a problem about network, but i have no idea what is happening.
