Are the specs for my computer good enough to play the new Star Wars Battlefront?

I am looking forward to the new Star Wars Battlefront coming out in November, but I don't know whether my computer can handle the graphics or not. I dont' want to pay 50 or 60 bucks on a game that my PC can't handle. Here are my specs:

GPU- GTX 750 Ti
CPU- AMD Athlon(tm) II X4 630 Processor
Memory- 4.00 GB RAM
OS- Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium

I am getting Windows 10 soon, so that should help my PC run faster.

Windows 10 wont make your PC run faster in gaming. You have an entry level PC, with 4gb. I would say your PC will struggle to play multiplayer maps, maybe on very low resolutions it may be playable. You need more RAM and a stronger CPU.

So would it be at least playable at all? I don't care how awesome the graphics are just as long as i can play the game with clarity. So would it run smooth if i turned the resolution down?

It "should" be playable at lower settings.
but it's not out yet so we can't know and speculating is fruitless.
