On CPU dependant games, yes. The FX is not a bad CPU, but in games where this CPU is the limiting factor (for example GTA V or BF4) a single or sli GTX 670 won't make much difference since the CPU is the limiting factor.
In games where the GPU is more the limiting factor it will make a noticeable difference and there will not be a bottleneck. The higher you put the settings usually mean the more strain you put on the GPU(s).
