I was trying to upgrade my CPU and didn't realize I needed a BIOS update. I reset the CMOS by taking the battery out for an hour (I unplugged the computer first) and put my old CPU back. Now, every time I boot it, it goes to the "F2 or Del to run Startup" "F1 to continue" page, and won't accept either button when I press it. I've tried every single USB port, and I know it's not the keyboard's fault because I tested it on my friend's computer. The mouse light doesn't appear, so I assume it just isnt seeing that it exists.

My motherboard: ASRock Z87 Pro3
