Razer Naga Mouse Pad Issues

Hi all, I've had my Razer Naga for two years now, with no worries. I originally used it for World of warcraft, being an MMO I never really had a need for a mouse pad, my desk was smooth enough for that type of game. About a year ago I quit Wow, and moved onto CSGO. So I bought a "SteelSeries QcK mass Gaming Mouse pad" which has been working well, until now.

When I make small movements with the mouse the mouse often gets caught on the mouse pad, slows down and sometimes I have to physically pick up the mouse and put it somewhere else on the mouse pad. I tested the mouse on my desk, and small movements work fine, so it's not the mouse itself not working. I even tested it on my brothers Razer Goliathus, and the problem was even more evident.

I have two main questions, Am I crazy thinking mouse pads go bad? And are there any Naga users here who can suggest another mouse pad, Thanks. :)

You definitely need to get a new mouse pad. No you aren't crazy and it happens. The cloth of the pad does wear off from intensive use. Get the Goliathus like your brother. ROCCAT makes really good gaming mouse pads too.
