Fans aren't spinning, PCIE slot is good (currently using old gpu in the slot since the new one isn't working) and everything is plugged in. No idea what's going on.

CPU: i5 3570k @3.4
PSU: EVGA 500w 80+
Motherboard: MSI Z77A-G43

No. I'm just gonna RMA it so when it gets back if it doesn't work I'll know the problem is probably something of mine.
