I had a power outage at my house and my computer was on and now its bluescreening every time I get to starting windows.
I tried resetting my bios (taking out the MoBo battery & putting it back in), taking out my dedicated Video card, checking my CPU, taking out different RAM sticks and putting them in different sockets, unplugging all my other drives except the one I'm trying to boot from, booting different Hard Drives, and updating my BIOS. My computer guy tested my hard drives on a different computer and said they work fine, and when I tried repairing them from the Windows install disk it said it couldn't and showed this:

This is what the Bluescreen says, it only flashes for a split second, I also cant go into safe mode either
