Custom Computer Turns on, but no display on screen?

Hello,

I just built my own custom computer using the Z97-ar motherboard from asus. It was running fine at first. I had my TPU switch set to the far right (TPU II) position.

I THEN decided to turn on my EPU switch, as well as the EZ_XMP switch (allows overclocking of DIMMs). I did both of these steps with the system off (PSU was still on, though). When I turned my computer on, it would then turn on and off every 5 seconds.

What I did next is something I might regret. I did not know how to stop the problem, and at the next off-stage of my computer's inexplicable rebooting, I turned the power switch off from the back of the PSU. I then turned off the EZ_XMP switch as well as the EPU switch. When I turned the computer back on, my monitor booted as well and took me to the BIOS screen. telling me that "overclocking failed!". At the BIOS screen I decided to do nothing and turned my computer off. It was the NEXT time that I turned it back on that is now having me worried. The system turns on but the monitor display says no VGA signal. In other words, my computer is on but my monitor is not receiving anything/starting up, even though my monitor is plugged into the power supply and clearly working. Keep in mind, I have the EZ_XMP, EPU, and TPU switches off right now.

What did I do wrong?!? Did I burn something out?? I really need help, and I apologize if I am posting this in the wrong section.
