It has nothing to do with the motherboard. The GPU card needs to have support for DX12, if you plan to use it, and that depends on the model of card you have or plan to get.

So I guess the answer is YES, it does.

A i5 4460 will do you fine if you do not plan on overclocking.
For the i5 4660 or 4690 a H97 chip set will do.
 
The 4690 K version is a waste if you don't plan to overclock.

If you don't plan to use crossfire or SLI at some point, then H97 is a good choice.

This would be fine if you don't plan to overclock, use SLI or Crossfire or use memory over 1600mhz and assuming your intent is for a micro-ATX motherboard since all the models you've listed are micro-ATX rather than ATX.
