parts are:
Corsair SPEC-02 case
EVGA 650 Wt 80+ gold PSU
MSI GTX 970 graphics card
Gigabyte GA-Z97X-UD3H-BK motherboard
Intel corei5 4690K cpu
Cooler Master 212 Hyper evo cooler
16 GB( 8*2) corsair vengeance memory.
Samsung Disk Drive
WD Caviar Black 1 TB HDD
Asus VX248 monitor

I assembled the the motherboard, cpu, cooler, ram, and graphics card on the motherboard box, and when I turned it on I got a message that it couldn't find anything to boot from(because there wasn't anything plugged in_ and wanted to go into bios, but I'dve had to click ok and I didn't have a mouse in .so I took this as POST. Although I never did get a beep, I don't have a speaker to plug in so I don't know if the board is supposed to beep without it. I then Assembled everything into the case and now when I press the power button, the cooler fan, cas fans, graphics card fan, and the graphics card led turn on, plus I hear a whine that I think is the hard drive spinning up. and then everything turns back off. This will happen repeatedly if I don't cut the power, even if it hold down or press the power button again to turn it off. Everything is a mess of wires and I've had such a struggle putting this thing together, that I'm conceding for now and closing it up to try to fix later. Everything was so hard to get in that if I have to start removing individual parts its gonna be rough, so I'd appreciate even the most basic things I could try.

Solution
Try removing the graphics card and connecting the monitor to the onboard.
If still the same, remove all cables and reconnect them.
