PC Running, Monitor Randomly Black Screens

My NEW BUILT PC, randomly black screens while im using it. Please help ASAP! I have a EVGA GTX 960, AMD FX 8320, CM Hyper 212 Evo, Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit, and an ASUS M5A97 Motherboard. The black screen might be permanent, because I waited 5 minutes, and it doesn't turn back on, so I have to restart my PC. Please Help!!!

had the same issues on my 670 until the hdmi port simply died(at least what i concluded after trying everything) so did dvi ports, only output that works now is dvi to vga adapter, dvi alone also does not work, If I where you I would either send it back now or ask customer support for advice on it

Would I just ask help for the graphics card, or the motherboard and other parts? Are you sure it's the Graphics Card?

Can you try other outputs on your graphics card to your monitor? If you can get display working, can you check temps quickly w/ GPU-Z?

I left it off for an hour, so it gave me 15 minutes to download GPU-Z. The temps are at stable 33-35 degrees Celsius.

Temps look ok if they're not climbing much higher during idle. Do you have other cables & inputs on your monitor to try other than what your currently using?

I have tried all 3, DVI to HDMI cable, DVI to DVI, and VGA cable with a DVI to VGA port that came with GPU. Can I RMA my GPU, PSU, and Mobo?

do you have other PSU? try another PSU

I'd try a cheap/borrowed GPU if you have one available.
