Hey, so I accidentally set the vcore voltage of my cpu well over the safe zone to 1.700 by accident.. ofc...which I then set back after seeing it so it was like that for roughly 3-5mins. I am experiencing random crashing and crashing under mid-heavy load I'm going to replace my cpu should I replace my mobo aswell do you think I damaged my mobo? If I put a new cpu in my mobo would it damage the new cpu? thanks (please no flaming, I failed hard :( )

Solution
go into bios and load optomized defaults.
cheange your boot order if needed and turn on hpet(if using vista or win 7, disable if your using win 8/8.1)
set ahci mode if you have an ssd.
set peg1 mode for the gpu if you have 1.
set up your mem speeds if they have dropped to 1333 back to what ever there supposed to be.
save and quit.
wait for windows to load when it does open the cmd prompt with elevated privs (right click run as admin)
and run sfc /scannow. this should repair any corrupted windows files.
