I recently bought amd fx-9370, now i saw one problem, my mb (Asrock pro3 rev2) doesnt support the wats (W) which are 220 in 9370 unlike 8350(120W), or is that my power suplly dont handle it corsair 600W. Should i sell this 9370 games run very smooth but in prime95 my tems are max54 celsius, but it starts to lose power. So should i buy 8350 and oc that to 4,4GHz? Specs: mb already mentioned,CPU mentioned,GPU asus geforce gtx 970 strix OC, 2x HDD,1x SSD, HyperX 8GB ram,PSU corsair 600W plus cd-station.

You could buy a better motherboard, instead of selling the CPU. A 4+1 VRM phase no-heatsink motherboard is not a good idea for that CPU. What specific model name is that power supply? Some of the Corsair units aren't very high quality.

The cheapest option that would still handle that CPU is, from what I've seen, the AsRock 970 Performance.

But just so you know, all of the FX-83xx CPU's are the same thing, and you're just paying for overclocks.

Okey i will check that mobo out. My PSU is corsair CX 600W if i remember it correctly. Oh and btw my windows is acting weird slowly i mean and it is installed on my SSD and it dosnt allways detect that SSD in bios so does it might be broken?

Well it might be slow because it's throttling. Hard to know, but I'm guessing the motherboard just can't provide the necessary power to run at normal speeds.

Have you gone into your BIOS and set the SATA port the SSD is connected to as an SSD (make sure it's on AHCI as well)?

Most of the posts I'm seeing in response are very accurate: This is likely a motherboard issue. I'd recommend taking the dive and acquiring a Crosshair Formula-Z, it is quite possibly one of the most comprehensive and intuitive boards I've had the pleasure of working with. Nevermind the voltage and electricity distribution capabilities--you get the whole experience with this monster. Worth every penny and you don't have to lose RAM speed either like you do with many other boards that limit you to 1333MHz.
