Assassin´s Creed Unity/ FX 8320 cpu usage

hello;
When I play AC Unity in PC the cpu usage is 85-95% average; which causes the temps go very high (socket temp= 70º; CPU temp= 57º). Is this normal?

My pc:
FX 8320 3.5ghz (cooler hyper T4)
GTX 750 2gb
8GB ram
1600x900 monitor

That does look about right as the game is very cpu intensive. I am not sure what socket temp is but the cpu temp looks fine. If the temp goes above 70 then you should be worried.
