Hey all,

I just wrote a thread recently comparing 2 AMD Graphic Cards. I was pretty sure I was going with AMD, then I thought to "What about Nvidia?" Now, I've never went with Team Green before, so it'll take some getting used to. With that said, I have 2 different cards I'm considering. Either the GTX 970 (Probably the G1 Gaming version) or the 780 Ti Classified K|ngp|n Edition. I just looked up a review for the K|ngp|n Edition, and it looks AMAZING. It seems to be the ultimate version of the GTX 780 Ti, and it's faster then the GTX 970. However, the GTX 970 is newer. It's more power efficient, and has the new Maxwell 2.0 architecture.

I looked on eBay and it seems I could pick up a 780 Ti K|ngp|n for about $350-$365, which is a tad bit more expensive than the GTX 970. It seems to me the the GTX 780 Ti K|ngp|n is the better choice, though I could be wrong. Suggestions would be great.

Wow, I just looked up benchmarks for the 780 Ti K|ngp|n and it's throwing punches with the GTX 980. With a bit of an overclock, it'll probably be on par with it. If anyone else says it's the right choice, I'll have to consider picking up a lightly used GTX 780 Ti K|ngp|n on eBay.

Sorry for the double post, but I have one concern. I plan on gaming with a triple monitor setup @ 5670x1080p (Probably Nvidia Surround). Will the 3GB of VRAM be a limiting factor, or will the sheer power of the card compensate for it?
