How do I change my RAM speed?

I have a single 8gb stick of Kingston HyperX Fury 1600mhz but in my BIOS it shows up as 1333mhz. How do I change this?

First check in CPU-Z in the memory tab if it shows frewq at about 667 then yes you are running 1333, if it shows 800 then you are at 1600...The Fury line automatically set themselves to what they consider the fastest they can run. You can override this by setting the data rate, timings and voltage manually. If at 1333 set to 1600 and spec timing and try the DRAM voltage at 1.56 instead of 1.5
