Solution
Pretty good system. Since your paying in euros I'm not sure where you are buying from so I set Pc part picker to Germany. You can change the country in the top right hand corner if you head over to the actual website.

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU: Intel Core i5-4590 3.3GHz Quad-Core Processor (€201.90 @ Caseking)
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler (€34.60 @ Amazon Deutschland)
Motherboard: ASRock Fatal1ty H97 Killer ATX LGA1150 Motherboard (€115.99 @ Home of Hardware DE)
Memory: Kingston HyperX Fury Black 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1866 Memory (€54.89 @ Amazon Deutschland)

Solid system for 1080p but keep in mind there is no over clocking on the CPU.

Wow, my bad. Honestly thought it was in Euros :(

Moved some parts around, got it in budget http://de.pcpartpicker.com/p/mVrt23 Somewhat over budget, but I think down-grading to the i5-4440 wouldn't be worth it (even though you'd be in budget probably).

Would still game very well, the GTX 980 is quite good, and the i5-4590 is barely different from the i5-4690. Didn't sacrifice quality, but did have to remove the SSD.
