i need the cheapest overclocking motherboard for these parts, and a question

The cheapest premium board that is able to overclock is...The Gigabyte GA-Z97-HD3.
Other notes:
Get an Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO, it's the best bang for your buck cooler.
Patrior is not a very good brand of RAM.Get something like Kingston or Corsair or G.skill.
Seagate Hard Drives have a higher failure rates than other brands like Hitachi or Western Digital.Just get an Western Digital Black Series and call it a day.
Your GPU may not fit in your case and/or some Drive bays will not be usable.
Get an Corsair 450D
The EVGA is a good brand, but
i think you should get a Corsair PSU for premium experience.
