Hello, I will keep this short and simple as possible. I have myself here a budget gaming pc, and I need to know, will it do the job for 30+ fps on all games? Feel free to make adjustments, I want this build as CHEAP as possible, but run good as hell. I heard that the mobo overheats at times, but since I dont have an 8 core, or planning to oc EVER, than I'm safe with this one and it has what I need. So, to dock off an extra $36, am i fine with stock cooler? Or should I get the cpu cooler I listed? Thanks, bye! I am also not planning to run SLI (if the mobo is supported) at anytime, again, my budget is low so any adjustments make the price lower, but not make the PC unstable.

Well you can always give it a try, assuming no OC, it won't burn your system :D. Anyway, i'd just get proper reliable motherboard from the spreadsheet https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1a8k1fAzGnSNQGsMJi4Rl22RRdG_4ni98heLTM_SxNGQ/pub?gid=0#

Everything seems pretty solid (except for mobo :D ) for the budget. Stock cooler will do the job, might be noisy though.
Not the best quality PSU, but since you are on budget, it is decent unit and will do the job.
Also, i don't think you need an extra fan for that case, it comes already with 3 pre-installed fans.

But mobo gets hot as i heard from some people, and thought if i had like 1 on intake and 3 exhaust it would give me lower tempatures than the stock ones. Do you have any backup support from your answer? I REALLY dont want my pc to overheat. Thats my main worry for my setup.

@Xemko Yeah, well I didnt buy it, Im not that stupid haha. My uncle ordered it for his fx 8350 and it didnt support it and basically got it for free. But i mean, for my build, do you think it will be fine? And also, the power and thermal design is there a way too fix that? Ih ave thermal compound from my fx 6350 btw which will help with the cooler as well :)@Archgaull I understand this, but I mean like I said, if I have proper cooling the mobo shouldn't cause a problem. And thats just more money if I send it back. I'd rather get proper cooling with a low-mid range mobo then have a high end with extreme temps. Just tell me what I should do, sending parts back Isn't an option, unfortunately, I just want all this too work out. Doesn't matter what it takes, just at least under my budget. I will take your hdd choice in consideration as well ;)

Well since Im on budget, I ll give it a go. I have heard very good reviews on it, then people who try and use like ssds, 16+gb ram, and an insane gpu on this budget mobo. With my fan setup, no OC, good room temperatures, and brains(very little haha) too know if the mobo is overheating, ill be good. Also, do you know a gpu that is cheaper than the 960, that will give me same if not more performance?
