Windows 8.1 Pro stuck on shut down.

So when I try to shutdown/restart my computer it will always hang... If I just let it go it will take about 5 minutes and then blue screen saying driver power state failure. I downloaded windbg to read the memory.dmp file and this is what it has to say.
