Will Intel Pentium G640 bottleneck nVidia gtx 650

I need to buy a graphics card for my editing pc it has intel pentium g640 i want to install nVidia gtx 650.But i don't know if my processor can handle it.

If you have graphics card for my processor please tell me!

Yes, the GTX 650 will pair nicely with a G640. (Do not let their naming schemes confuse you, though. They weren't meant to be paired.)

The G640 is considered a consumer entry level CPU for every day use, and "is not intended for gaming", however.

But, this CPU will do okay, it's a dual core with no hyper threading similar to the old Core 2 Duo chips. But this one has a lot more power per core.

If anything, the G640 will bottleneck the GTX 650 while gaming.

Just make sure you adjust your settings to get the best experience possible.
