Looking for a good $500 Dollar Gaming PC!

I am looking for a so called "console killer" PC. It needs to include WiFi as i am not able to use internet, but do not worry about a Operating system as i already own a copy of windows 7. i am willing to spend 50-80 bucks extra if needed (also note it is Australian dollars please make sure you convert your build to Australian dollars! US 364.19$ = 500 Australian dollars, so around 400 american). i would like Intel over AMD as i prefer it, but if you have a AMD and Intel option that is fine as well. I will be using this computer for things like battlefield 3-4, Arma 2-3, GTA 5, CS:GO, rust and much more. i would like to achieve at least 30-40 frames on high per game but i am willing to lower graphics as well. Can't wait to get as many build options as i can thanks!

You'll still need processor, graphic card and motherboard with 350$ left...
Your budget is too low for a "console killer" PC, in my opinion.
Or maybe prices are different in Australia. I don't know.
