Wireless Setup No Router

So we ended up leaving behind our routers power cable 7 hours away. Right now I have this computer cat6'ed directly to the wall to get internet. However, my Family needs internet whilst I get a new router. I've tried setting up the sharing option from network and sharing center but there is no internet coming out.

Is there any way to set up a wireless network from my computer that is directly hooked up by CAT6 cable to the wall, without a router?

I have not used this feature myself, but Windows 7 has a way to turn your PC's wifi into a hotspot.
