Best GPU for 1280X1024 gaming?

I am building my Wife a computer and its got an i5-4460 in it with G.Skill 2x4GB of ram all on a 250GB Samsung SSD and a 1TB HDD and such, the normal. But She plays games like The Sims, Unturned, Minecraft, H1Z1, The Crew, and such. Mainly games involving multiplayer. She doe snot give two craps about what the game graphics look like just as long as its above 30FPS hopefully at 60FPS. I know that H1Z1 is the worst optimized game and my friends Titan X and 8 core intel monster has trouble running it even at 1080p so i am not asking to run that game at 60FPS because 30FPS is more than ok with that game. We may get a 1080p monitor later on for her but as of now whats the best GPU for under $200 that can run these games or similar at 30-60FPS on medium/ultra settings? I was thinking of a Sapphire R9-280X, GTX 960, XFX R9 280 Double D, or a GTX 750 Ti if the little thing will do good.

The R9 280X will do great in the games listed above.

XFX 550W which is overkill but still is cheap. I got a 550W PSU in my R9 290 build and over 10 fans and all kinds of stuff and never goes over 420W under full load so another 550W should be good for a 280X

An XFX 550W should do you fine for the R9 280X, however if you can spend a tad bit extra the R9 285 is a more solid option.
