Direct X feature 10.0 not available

So I've recently put together a computer with an A10-5800k processor that I planned to use as a substitute for a gpu until I could afford a good graphics card. After installing windows and getting steam up and running I downloaded ARK: Survival Evolved and tried to play it but it poped up with a message saying: DX11 feature level 10.0 is required to run the engine. After seeing this I downloaded another game in my library to see if it would run. Unfortunately this had a similar message about DirectX. I decided to check on the internet and have been looking for solutions for a while. I installed SP1, the DirectX SDK, Reinstalled windows, uninstalled my drivers, and Installed catalyst. I know its not a problem with the computer because I played games with it when I had Ubuntu as the default OS. I need help I cant seem to find the problem and I've read quite a few forums already.
