For $350 (new) i can get another 780 ti for SLI so i can play Fallout 4, Rise of the Tomb Raider and The Division on ultra on a 1440p G-Sync 144Hz monitor. i'm just worried about the not having "FULL" DX12 support and 3GB of vram... what would you do?

I agree sell your 780 ti. You should be able to get $250 or so out of it. Don't get the EVGA FTW model though. I've always hear of more problems with FTW cards than any other EVGA cards. Go with the Gigabyte G1 imo. Jayztwocents reviewed it a few weeks back, and it is a helluva card that has been proven.
