2 different graphic cards in SLI

It should be possible but the card with 4gb will only use 2gb. Also remember with sli the vram does not add so
2gb + 2gb = 2gb
So
2gb + 4gb = 2gb
Sli with low to mid range gpu's makes no sense as you introduce all the issues of sli. You would be better off selling your 960 and buying a 970 or 980
