Sir I am buying a new motherboard and graphics card that would serve me for near around 5-6 yrs. I have intel i3 2120 processor.
Which would be the best one for this procesor. And why?

I have selected Raedon R9 270X OC and NVIDIA GTX 750Ti OC . What would happen if I choose R9 280x? Which one should be the better choice for my configuration?

Well, although that's an Intel processor, which is good, it's also a couple of generations back and is a rather weak dual core with hyperthreading, but no turbo features, so it's not going to be able to be used with a lot of cards without causing a bottleneck. There may also be games it won't run due to the fact that it only has two cores. Some games, and probably more will be coming, won't run without at least a quad core processor now. Still, since it's what you have and you need to make the best of it, my recommendation would be to go with the 270x and use the highest resolution and game settings you can without having performance issues. That will take some of the load off the CPU and alleviate some of your bottleneck if one exists.

I think the 280x will be likely to cause problems with the CPU you have. Either the 750 TI or the 270x will work, but the 270x is significantly more powerful than the 750 TI. You'll need to make sure you have a suitable power supply if you choose the 270x, as it requires specific PCIe connectors and at least a good 500w power supply. The 750 TI will run fine on a good 400w or higher power supply and some models may or may not require an additional PCIe power connector, depending on the model.

Further if I change my Processor in the near future i.e, I will take an Intel i7 4690 OC processor. Will my motherboard can take it or not?
Also Another one is that does its software support windows 8.1 and also tho that will the sapphire R9 270X OC driver support windows 8.1 pr or not ?
Plz justify the answer.
Als will B75 D3H support OC? if not which motherboard will

4690 is an i5, and no, it won't work with that board. There are no motherboards that will work with both LGA 1150 like the i5-4690, 4690k, i7-4790, 4790k and and LGA 1155 processor which is what your current processor is. If you want to upgrade later to an LGA 1155 i5 or i7, you can, but not to a newer LGA 1150 CPU.

You cannot overclock your current CPU except by using the system clock, which is not recommended. If you want a newer processor, overclocking capability and the rest of the bells and whistles, I'd suggest you just upgrade to a newer CPU and motherboard now rather than buying a new motherboard for an old i3 processor.

What about the intel DH77EB,Asrock P8H61,your specified one and msi R9 270x oc, NVIDIA GTX 780Ti,R7 390,GTX 970 ?
Which one should I choose among these so that my intel i3 2120 3.3 Ghz processor is not burnt out.
If not what about your view about this one

If you want to quote somebodys post, just click where it says, for example, "reply to Darkbreeze" next to the option boxes and it will open a new dialogue that has the quote already in place. Then click below whatever is already in the box and type your reply. Clicking the quotes button doesn't work right.

ASRock, MSI, ASUS, Gigabyte, EVGA, Zotac, these are aftermarket brands. Intel, AMD, IBM, Dell, HP, Acer, Toshiba, these are OEM (original equipment manufacturer) brands.

OEM hardware is usually lower quality or has fewer features compared to aftermarket hardware.
